BWO Ghana

Career

development by creating jobs & learning opportunities

Banko Women Organization (BWO) was founded in 2022 with a simple yet powerful vision: to create opportunities for women through career development, training, and employment. What started as a small initiative in Banko quickly grew into a structured program, equipping women with skills in hospitality, culinary arts, and entrepreneurship.

A major milestone came in 2024 when BWO Hostel became part of the organization. The hostel now serves as both a welcoming space for travelers and a hands-on training ground for women, providing them with valuable work experience and practical skills.

Through the dedication of our team and the support of our community, BWO continues to expand its impact, empowering women to build sustainable careers and financial independence.
