Practical skills are learned by doing. At the BWO Learning Center, women and young people receive hands-on training in trades such as sewing and hairdressing. Quality learning materials are essential for building practical experience, confidence, and professional skills.

ICT Center

Digital skills open the door to new opportunities, but motivation alone is not enough. At the BWO ICT Center, we are creating a learning environment where young people can develop essential digital skills and prepare for a brighter future.

By sponsoring furniture, equipment, and a reliable internet connection, you help us build the ICT Center step by step. Your support gives students the tools they need to learn, grow, and improve their opportunities for sustainable employment and financial independence.

Hostel Renovation

The BWO Hostel is much more than a place for travellers to stay. The building has been welcoming guests for over 15 years, and the income generated by the hostel creates local jobs while directly supporting the training programmes and community projects of Banko Women Organization.

To keep the hostel safe, comfortable, and welcoming, we continuously invest in maintenance and improvements. Last year, we replaced the entire roof. Now, we are continuing with the next phase of renovations. By sponsoring materials such as cement, floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, or a new mattress, you help strengthen a sustainable source of income that funds our social impact.
